China – Zhang Li
Zhang Li is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Normal University. She is the author of The Occurrence of Modern Chinese Women’s Writing, Sisters, The Holder of Micro-Fire and The Story of a Traveler etc. In March 2019, she researched 127 contemporary authors on the theme of “Our Time and The Gender” which made a great impact. She is the editor-in-chief of Selected Works of Chinese Women’s Literature 2019/2020, Selected 20 Chinese Short Stories 2019/2020, Selected 20 Chinese Prose 2019/2020, New Women’s Writing: Beaty Happening and Changing, I Recognized the Storm, The History of Beijing Literature and others. She has won the Tang Tao Youth Literary Research Award and Women Literature Research Award. Zhang Li is a member of the Theory Committee of the China Writers Association and a judge of the Mao Dun Literature Award.
