Tao Lixia is a best-selling writer, translator and photographer. She graduated from The University of Arts, London. Her first travel book, Traveling Separately, Meeting Oneself on the Road, in which she explored the meaning of travel for inner growth, sold more than 500,000 copies and was listed as a top-10 best-seller. Her book Days Before We Meet was a best-seller in Amazon in 2014. In 2020, Lixia Tao was voted as most influential writer by Dangdang.com readers. Tao is also a columnist and regular contributor to ELLE, Bazaar, Marie Clair, and other fashion publications.
